After purchase, you'll receive a secure upload link to submit your file. Fast turnaround available for files submitted between 9 AM and 2 PM, with most orders ready for pickup within 2 hours.
To ensure accurate pricing and fast processing, please follow the guidelines below when placing your order:
Your checkout quantity must reflect the total number of pages you need printed—not just the number of documents.
For example, if you upload one document that is 5 pages long, you should select “5” as your quantity during checkout.
If you want 2 copies of that 5-page document, you must enter “10” (5 pages × 2 copies) at checkout.
This applies to all uploaded files, whether you are printing a single file or multiple documents.
⚠️ Important:
If your payment does not accurately reflect the total number of pages, your order will be placed on hold. A team member will contact you, and the remaining balance must be paid before your files are processed or printed.
