Document Conversion

You may submit your file in its current format. We currently offer conversions to JPG, PDF, or DOCX formats only. Please ensure your file is clear and legible for the best conversion results.

Since all document conversions are custom digital services, no refunds or returns will be provided. Please double-check your file and select the correct output format (JPG, PDF, or DOCX) before submitting your order.

All document conversion services must be submitted as digital files and will be returned digitally via email. If you require your converted file to be printed, please submit a separate print order after your conversion is complete, as printing is not included in document conversion services.

All basic printing and document conversion submissions received between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM CST are eligible for same-day pickup within 2 hours. However, please wait for a confirmation email or phone call before arriving to ensure your order is ready.

If your document conversion is a digital product that does not require physical pickup, your final file will be sent directly to the email address used during submission.
